Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 06 April 2026
Introduction
Welcome to Leada. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using this website and working with Leada's services. By accessing the website, booking an audit, or engaging Leada, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. They apply to all visitors and clients. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of the website and services.
Services
Leada is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in pest control companies. Services include Local SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile optimization, conversion-focused websites, and website audits. All work is handled directly by the founder, with nothing outsourced and no account managers. Services are scoped per client and may be adjusted by agreement as your needs change.
The Free Audit
The audit is a free, no-obligation review of your current online presence, delivered over roughly 30 minutes. It looks at your Google Business Profile, organic and map rankings, website performance, and advertising opportunities.
Booking an audit places you under no obligation to become a client.
The audit is informational and reflects Leada's assessment at the time it is given.
If Leada is not the right fit for your business, you will be told that directly.
Engagements & Pricing
Client work runs on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts. The relationship is earned each month through results and communication.
Pricing is scoped per client based on the services needed, your market size, and the competitive landscape. There are no fixed packages, and pricing is discussed openly on the audit call before any commitment.
Advertising budgets (for example, Google Ads or Meta Ads spend) are separate from Leada's service fee and are paid directly to the relevant platform unless agreed otherwise.
Service fees are billed on the agreed schedule. Any change to the scope of work, and the cost attached to it, is communicated and approved before the work proceeds.
Cancellation
Because engagements are month-to-month, you can stop at any time with reasonable notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable, and any work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable. On cancellation, reasonable steps will be taken to hand back access to your accounts and any assets you own.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver results, Leada needs your cooperation. This includes providing accurate information and timely access to the accounts and assets needed for the work, such as your Google Business Profile, website, hosting, and advertising accounts. It also includes responding to requests for approvals, feedback, or assets within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in access or approvals may affect timelines and outcomes.
Results & No Guarantees
Leada commits to doing the work properly and communicating honestly about what is and is not working. Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any agency's control, including search engine and platform algorithms, competitor activity, market conditions, and your own response capacity. For that reason, specific results such as rankings, call volume, or revenue are not guaranteed. Any timelines or projections shared are honest estimates, not promises.
Third-Party Platforms
Services rely on third-party platforms such as Google and Meta. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. Leada is not responsible for changes those platforms make to their rules, pricing, algorithms, or availability, or for account actions taken by those platforms. Work is delivered in line with platform policies, and Leada will not engage in practices that put your accounts at risk.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by Leada and may not be copied or reused without permission. For client work, ownership of final deliverables such as a completed website transfers to you once fees for that work are paid in full. Leada may reference the work performed for portfolio or case study purposes unless you ask in writing that it not be shared.
Liability Limitations
Leada provides services with reasonable skill and care. Leada is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the services, including lost profits or revenue. Total liability is limited to the value of the service fees paid for the period in which the issue arose. Leada is not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate information provided, delayed access or approvals, or factors beyond reasonable control. By using the services, you accept these limitations as part of the agreement.
Privacy
Protecting your information is a priority. Information is collected and used only as needed to deliver services and improve your experience, and it is handled in line with Leada's Privacy Policy. The website uses cookies subject to the consent choices you make, which you can manage at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. By using the services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time to reflect changes in services, practices, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
